Kinder Bueno Cake
Warning, this cake is very-very-very sweet. Serious chocolate lovers, go ahead and make it, you won't regret it!
For the cake you will need:
- 250 g butter
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 200 g sugar
- 4 tablespoons of water
First, melt these together to get a paste. Cool it down, then follow with:
- 100 g milk chocolate, chopped
- 4 eggs
- 75 g chopped almonds
- 30 g cocoa powder
- 200 g flour
Mix these in, and bake it at 180 celsius for around 40 minutes, or until the toothpick comes out clean.
Now for the frosting, melt together 1 bar of dark chocolate with 100 g of butter, and as much nutella as you like. You have to get a frosting that is spreadable, and not too runny. I have to warn you though, keep this cake in the fridge, because it will melt quite quick. For the top part, you can use any kind of chocolate you like, I sticked with Kinder kinds, but please do as you wish!
